Why Do Rescues Have Adoption Fees?

Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help Hopeful Hearts Rescue cover vaccination and medical prep costs for the pets.

Adoption Fees:

Dogs

$75.00 - Puppies from 0 months to 6 months
$75.00 - Puppies from 7 months to 2 years
$55.00 - Dogs from 2 years to 5 years
$50.00 - Dogs from 5 years to 9 years
$45.00 - Dogs aged 9 years and up

Fees for Dogs with special needs will be determined based upon circumstances and may result in a fee reduction.

Adoption Inclusions:

Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help Hopeful Hearts Rescue cover vaccination and medical prep costs for the dogs. At adoption, Hopeful Hearts Rescue dogs will be current on their vaccines and will have the following:

Dogs

Rabies (1 yr. or 3 yr.)
Distemper (DHLPP or DHLPP-C)
Bordetella
Negative Heartworm, Lyme's, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis Test
Altered - Females Spayed or Males Neutered if Of Age
Micro-chipped
Gift Basket
